Muhammad Imran Malik

Mr. Muhammad Imran Malik has 42 years of diversified experience in financial sector including over 18 years as CEO / President with proven leadership exposure. He has vast experience of serving in and interfacing with private and Government sector organizations. He served as President / CEO to the First credit and investment Bank Limited (FCIB) for 10 years. Prior to that he was associated with the National Development Finance Corporation (NDFC), and First Credit and Discount Corporation (FCDC) as its CEO / Managing Director.

Mr. Muhammad Imran Malik has been Chairman / Director on the Board of Sindh Leasing Company Limited till recently. He is also Director on the Board of Universal Insurance Company Limited. He had been member of Management Committee of ADFIMI (Association of Development Finance Institutions in Member Countries of IDB) from 2005 to 2013. He also served as member of Non-Bank Financial Sector Reform Committee setup by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.

Mr. Muhammad Imran Malik is an MBA from IBA, Karachi and a DAIBP as well. He served a Director of the IBA Alumni Association for over 10 years. He has received professional trainings from various prestigious institutions including Harvard University, Euromoney Institute of Finance and Executive Development Program sponsored by the World Bank and ADB.

Mr. Fouad Farrukh

Mr. Fauad Farrukh has 27 years experienced Banker with Retail, Corporate, Risk and Islamic Banking in leadership roles. Experience divided in 21 years in Pakistan and 5 years in the Middle East. Recognized and rewarded for building market-leading profitable, sustainable businesses. Developed Retail Banking and Islamic Banking business strategy and achieved financial objectives from Branch Banking network, Consumer Finance (secured and unsecured), Commercial & SME, Banking & Alternate distribution channels and Agricultural segment.

Mr. Khawaja Waheed Raza

(Director/Chairman HR & Remuneration Committee)

He has varied experience of over 38 years including his posting in various countries. He served as a Senior Executive Vice President in Habib Bank, United Bank and Allied Bank of Pakistan. He holds M.Sc. degree with specialization in Strategic Studies.

Mr. Syed Zubair Ahmed Shah

Syed Zubair Ahmad Shah is MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi and Mphill in Economics from Glasgow University UK. He did his post graduate diploma in General Management of State Enterprises with distinction from the research Institute for Development Sciences, Netherlands. In addition, he has attended and qualified various short international seminars / courses in the field of Privatization, Development Policies, Corporate Planning and Performance Evaluation etc.

He joined NIT on May 21, 2010 as controller of Branches. He also represents NIT as nominee Director in a number of Companies. He is representing NIT on our Board.

Mr. Hasan Ahmed

Mr. Hasan Ahmad is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Incorporated Executive Accountant (IEA), Fellow of The Institute of Taxation Management (FITM), Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries. He is also member of California Society of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, Institute of Management Accountants, Institute of Taxation Management and Lahore Tax Bar Association. He has 31 years of rich multi-dimensional experience in the fields of financial management, strategic planning, auditing and risk management, taxation and corporate matters. He has been a top professional and worked in diversified environments from Sugar Industry, textile and food business, real estate and educational institutions. He is also Director of M/s. Prosperity Weaving Mills Ltd., and M/s. AKD Investments Ltd.
