Musharaka
Musharika means a relationship established under a contract by the mutual consent of the parties for sharing of profits and losses in the joint buisness. It is basically a kind of partnership in which the partners join togeather with different contributions, work or trade in accordnace with the pricipals of Sharia. It is an ideal alternative for the interest-based financing with far reaching effects on both production and distribution.
